Content is provided as-is for general information, and rankings are editorial opinions based on published criteria. Introductions are facilitations only. This site is not a party to any agreement between you and any agency, does not supervise agency work, and is not responsible for the outcomes of engagements formed through introductions. You are responsible for your own diligence, contracts, and compliance obligations.

Limitations of Use

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and rankings, is the property of Refero. Short quotations with attribution and a link are welcome; wholesale reproduction, redistribution, or modification requires written permission.

We reserve the right to:

• Restrict access to services
• Update or withdraw content at any time
• Suspend or terminate access where misuse is suspected or violations occur

Users are responsible for ensuring that any use of our content or platform complies with local laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

By submitting a brief you confirm the information is accurate, business-related, and contains no patient or health data. We may decline or discontinue matching at our discretion, including for misuse of the service.

All shared documents or communications should be treated as confidential unless designated public.

Use of this website and the introduction service is at your own risk. Services are provided as-is without warranties of any kind. These terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of New York City, New York.

Privacy

This section explains what Refero collects when you use this site, what we do with it, and how to have it deleted. Refero is the controller of the information described here.

What we collect

When you submit a brief we collect your name and email address, which are required, and your phone number and company name if you choose to provide them. We also collect the answers you select in the brief itself, such as your niche, budget range, and timing. We do not ask for, and do not want, patient data, protected health information, or clinical records. Please do not include them in a brief.

How we use it

We use your brief to screen the vetted network and identify agencies that fit it. We use your email address and phone number to send those introductions and to follow up on your request. We do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

Who we share it with

To make an introduction we share the relevant parts of your brief with the agencies we are introducing you to. That sharing is the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass it to anyone else for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep submitted briefs for 12 months and then delete them. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will.

Analytics and spam protection

This site uses Google Analytics to measure aggregate traffic, and Cloudflare Turnstile to keep automated submissions out of the brief form. Both set or read identifiers in your browser in order to do that.

Your privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. We do not sell personal information, so there is no sale for you to opt out of. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
